Dr. Wasiq Bokhari
Dr. Wasiq Bokhari
Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Wasiq Bokhari has served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board since March 2026. Dr. Bokhari has served in various capacities at Pasqal including as President (Président) since March 2026, as Executive Chairman from January 2024 to Aug 2026 and as an advisor to the Board from September 2023 to January 2024. Dr. Bokhari also served as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer in Residence at TONOMUS, the digital division of NEOM, from August 2023 until October 2024. Prior to that, Dr. Bokhari served as the Director and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Initiatives at Amazon from May 2017 until June 2022, where he led a 300-person team to build and scale live-streamed marketplaces, consumer devices, and real-time machine learning solutions for video optimization, and played a pivotal role in initiating Amazon’s foray into quantum computing. Before Amazon, Dr. Bokhari served at Google, where he led moonshot initiatives in smart cities, including the creation of Sidewalk Labs. Prior to Google, Dr. Bokhari served as a partner at Draper Nexus, a venture capital firm focused on cutting-edge technology ventures, and as an Entrepreneur in Residence at New Enterprise Associates (NEA) focusing on deep technology investments. Earlier in his career, Dr. Bokhari founded a series of technology companies spanning enterprise middleware, chemical and biological threat detection sensors, inkjet-printed photodiodes for diagnostics, and a robotics-based tracking system for large scale solar projects, which was acquired by SolarCity (now Tesla). Prior to his entrepreneurial career, he was a faculty member in the department of physics at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Bokhari holds a Ph.D. in Physics and dual undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His Ph.D. thesis was one of the discovery modes of the top quark at Fermilab.

Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Loïc Henriet is Chief Technology Officer at Pasqal, where he leads the company's technology roadmap and the development of scalable, production-grade neutral-atom quantum computing systems. Having previously served as Chief Executive Officer guiding Pasqal through a decisive phase of growth and industrial scale-up, he now focuses his energy on the company's core technological challenges. He drives Pasqal's path toward fault-tolerant quantum computing while advancing analog quantum computing toward practical quantum advantage and works to tighten the integration of hardware, software and cloud. With deep expertise in quantum physics and engineering, Dr. Henriet plays a central role in translating Pasqal’s scientific foundation into industrial deployment. He holds an engineering degree from École Polytechnique, an MSc in Physics from École Normale Supérieure and a PhD in Theoretical Quantum Physics from École Polytechnique.   

Stéphane Rougeot
Chief Financial Officer

Stéphane Rougeot is Chief Financial Officer at Pasqal, where he leads the company’s global finance organization and supports its capital markets readiness, financial operations and long-term growth strategy. He brings nearly three decades of finance leadership experience across technology, media and industrial companies, including senior finance roles at several publicly listed organizations. Prior to joining Pasqal, Stéphane served as CFO and Deputy CEO of Deezer S.A. (Euronext Paris), and held CFO roles at Signify N.V. (Euronext Amsterdam), and Technicolor S.A. (Euronext Paris), where he led financial transformation, investor relations, strategic execution and international expansion. Earlier in his career, he held finance and strategy roles at Total, Thomson Multimedia and Orange. Stéphane holds a degree from Sciences Po Paris and a postgraduate degree in international finance from Université Paris-Dauphine.

Dr. Wasiq Bokhari
Dr. Georges-Olivier Reymond
Co-Founder & Chief Strategic Alliances Officer

Georges-Olivier Reymond is one of the founders of Pasqal and has served as Pasqal’s Chief Strategic Alliances Officer since April 2025. As Chief Strategic Alliances Officer, he plays a key role in forging strategic partnerships and implementing quantum programs with major global clients. Since September 2025, Mr. Reymond has also served as a director and General Manager of Pasqal Canada Inc., and as a director of Aeponyx Enterprises Inc., both of which are subsidiaries of Pasqal. Mr. Reymond previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Pasqal from its founding in March 2019 until April 2025 and as chairman of the Pasqal Board of Directors from April 2021 until April 2025. Prior to founding Pasqal, Mr. Reymond held leadership roles in R&D and project management at UnitySC and Safran, where he specialized in bringing advanced technologies from research to commercialization. Mr. Reymond holds a Ph.D. in Quantum Physics from Université Paris-Sud, where, under the supervision of Philippe Grangier, he pioneered neutral atom technology for quantum computing. In 2025, he received the Yves Rocard Award from the French Society of Physics for outstanding technology transfer.

Prof. Antoine Browaeys
Co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer  

Prof. Antoine Browaeys is Co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer at Pasqal, where he helps guide the company’s scientific direction and advances its leadership in neutral-atom quantum computing. A pioneering researcher in quantum physics, he is a research director at CNRS and leads the Quantum Optics, Atoms team at the Charles Fabry Laboratory of the Institut d'Optique, where his work focuses on manipulating individual atoms with lasers to study many-body quantum systems. His research on trapped individual atoms, optical tweezer arrays and Rydberg atoms sits at the core of Pasqal’s technology platform. He co-founded Pasqal in 2019 and has received major scientific recognition, including the CNRS Silver Medal in 2021, his election to the French Academy of Sciences in 2023, and the ninth biennial John Stewart Bell Prize for pioneering contributions to quantum simulation and quantum computing with neutral atoms in optical tweezer arrays. Prof. Antoine Browaeys holds a PhD in Physics from Université Paris-Sud, now Université Paris-Saclay.

Chief Operating Officer

Barbara Bonneau is Chief Operating Officer at Pasqal, where she leads global operations and supports the company’s continued scale-up as it advances from deep-tech innovation to industrial execution. She brings more than 25 years of experience structuring and scaling technology and deep-tech organizations across large corporates, listed companies and fast-growing scale-ups, as well as highly technical sectors including nuclear, cryptography and quantum computing. Her background spans operational excellence, complex program leadership, C-level governance and talent development, with a focus on building resilient organizations capable of sustaining growth in global markets. Prior to joining Pasqal, she supported companies through periods of hypergrowth, transformation and international expansion. Barbara is an engineer from École Centrale Paris and holds a master’s degree from Stanford University. 

Véronique Dentan

Chief Production & Project Officer

Dr. Véronique Dentan is Chief Production and Project Officer at Pasqal, where she oversees the company’s QPU production and delivery roadmap and leads the development of the processes, organization and execution model required to support scalable product delivery. She brings extensive executive experience in fast-growing high-tech companies across telecommunications, positioning, health technology and life sciences. Prior to joining Pasqal in April 2023, Dr. Dentan held several senior leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Mauna Kea Technologies, where she played a key role in the development, regulatory approval and operational scale-up of the Cellvizio optical biopsy system. She holds a PhD in Physics and brings deep technical expertise in optics and instrumentation to her leadership at Pasqal. 

Adrien Signoles

Chief Hardware Officer

Adrien Signoles is Chief Hardware Officer at Pasqal, where he leads the development, scaling and industrialization of the company’s neutral-atom quantum processors. Since joining Pasqal in 2019 as one of its first quantum hardware engineers, he has played a central role in advancing the company’s hardware platform from academic research to industrial-grade quantum processing units. His team is focused on scaling Pasqal’s technology toward high-fidelity, large-scale quantum systems while supporting the production and commercialization of QPUs globally. Prior to joining Pasqal, Dr. Signoles conducted advanced research in quantum simulation with cold atoms at Heidelberg University and the Institut d’Optique. He holds a PhD in Quantum Physics from École Normale Supérieure in Paris. 

Mourad Beji
Mourad Beji
Chief Software Officer

Mourad Beji is the Chief Software Officer at Pasqal. Mourad oversees the development of Pasqal’s software stack and quantum applications. The 3 main focuses of the Software organization is making Pasqal Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) accessible through the cloud and on-prem, programmable thanks to a high-performance quantum software stack, and solving real world use cases through state-of-the-art quantum algorithms and carefully designed hybrid solutions. Mourad is a graduate of École Polytechnique (X09), where he specialized in computer science and cryptography. He joined Pasqal in 2021 after a career in the software industry and in the deep-tech start-up ecosystem.

Mark Amstrong
Mark Armstrong 
Chief Commercial Officer, EMEA and APAC  

Mark Armstrong is Chief Commercial Officer for EMEA and APAC at Pasqal, where he leads commercial strategy, sales execution, and customer expansion across two of the world’s fastest-growing technology regions. He brings over 30 years of technology sales and leadership experience, including nearly three decades at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and its predecessor companies. Most recently, he served as EMEA Vice President and General Manager for High Performance Computing and AI at HPE, where he helped shape the company’s AI go-to-market strategy, expand its high-performance computing presence, and lead major customer engagements. At Pasqal, Mark is focused on helping enterprise and government customers adopt neutral-atom quantum computing and translate advanced technology into practical business value. He holds a BSc in Business Studies from the University of Bradford.
